However, if the quality does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to request a revision. We will revise your work as many times as necessary to secure your satisfaction. To request a revision, you can either email us or call our support team. The time frame for revisions is as follows:

  • 1st Revision:** 24 hours
  • 2nd Revision:** 48 hours
  • 3rd Revision (and subsequent revisions):** 72 hours

Please note, that the turnaround time for revisions depends on the clarity and conciseness of your feedback. The more specific and brief your comments, the faster we can complete the revision. We will compare your revision comments with the initial guidelines. If they align, we will proceed with the revision. If they differ, an adjustment fee may be required.

Urgent Revisions:

For revisions needed on an urgent basis, an adjustment fee will apply, as the required expert may not be immediately available.
